OFFSTAGE: The Band Perry Get Wrapped Up in New Video

(CMT Offstage keeps a 24/7 watch on everything that’s happening with country music artists behind the scenes and out of the spotlight.)

There will be snakes. That’s what The Band Perry promised me. We had a chance to talk recently about their soon-to-be released video that they just finished shooting for their song “All Your Life.” (The one about wondering how far your boyfriend would go to make you happy, but you really just want to be the only girl he loves all his life.) Neil Perry told me, “This was probably my favorite day. It was a perfect day. We shot it at our manager’s 800-acre farm, and we play this group of travel performers, The Band of Perrys: Purveyors of Performance.” Then lead vocalist and big sister Kimberly added, “There may or may not be a five-foot boa constrictor. Neil may or may not be handling it.” She also hinted that the video has a The Grapes of Wrath feel and is “hands down, the best video ever.”
