Taylor Swift Purchases $2.5 Million Home

Taylor Swift has purchased a historic home in Nashville for $2.5 million, according to Curbed.com, a real estate website. Called the Northumberland Estate, the home is 5,601 square feet and includes four bedrooms and four and-a-half bathrooms. Built in 1934 by U.S. ambassador to Denmark Guilford Dudley Jr., the Northumberland Estate was previously owned by Universal Music Group chairman Luke Lewis, who extensively renovated and restored it. Swift moved into her own condo near downtown Nashville in 2010.
