Fudge Pie

I made this pie recently for CMT’s Evan Farmer.

1 pie crust — bake it or buy it
2 eggs beaten
1 ½ cups sugar
1 stick butter melted
¾ cup evaporated milk
3 tablespoons cocoa
1 tablespoon plain flour
1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring

Preheat oven to 325°.

Beat eggs. Add sugar, melted butter and evaporated milk and mix well. Sift cocoa and flour into first mixture. Add vanilla and mix well. Pour into crust and bake at 325° for 50 minutes.
