Scalloped Tomatoes
4 cups cooked tomatoes
6 slices bread, toasted and cubed
1 small onion, grated
¼ cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
¼ cup butter melted
Preheat oven to 375°.
Place ingredients in a baking dish with bread on top, then melted butter. Bake 20 minutes at 375°.
