Performers and presenters during the Oct. 31 show include The Band Perry and Kelly Clarkson. Robyn will headline the awards show, a live multiplatform event celebrating the artists, innovators and fans impacting digital music culture. She will perform songs from her hit album, Body Talk, from an undisclosed location in Los Angeles when the show’s opening segment airs live on MTV at 11:30 p.m. ET/8:30 p.m. PT. The entire show will be streamed live across MTV Music Group websites, including CMT.com, MTV.com, VH1.com, LogoTV.com and MTVHive.com. In memory of Apple co-founder, chairman and chief executive officer Steve Jobs, O Music Awards 2 will feature a special musical tribute with the Flaming Lips performing an iconic song to pay homage to his contributions to digital music culture. Other performers and presenters include Demi Lovato, Mac Miller, Midi Mafia and DJ Diamond Kuts. The fan-voted awards include an array of imaginative categories, and nominees include Taylor Swift, Blake Shelton and Dolly Parton. Since voting began on Sept. 27, more than 12 million votes have been cast — three times as many votes as the inaugural O Music Awards from April. Fans can continue to vote via the O Music Awards site, www.omusicawards.com . The fan who drives the most votes will appear in the live show.
