Blake Shelton, Kenny Loggins Will Sing "Footloose" on CMA Awards

Blake Shelton and Kenny Loggins will perform "Footloose" together on the CMA Awards. Shelton re-recorded the pop hit for this year's film remake. Loggins earned a three-week No. 1 pop hit in 1984 with the original recording of the song he co-wrote with Dean Pitchford. Shelton is nominated in five categories this year -- entertainer of the year, male vocalist, album (All About Tonight), single and video (both for "Honey Bee"). Loggins' other songwriting credits include "Danny's Song" and "A Love Song," which were Top 10 country hits for Anne Murray. The CMA Awards will air live from Nashville on Nov. 9 on ABC.
