Loretta Lynn Postpones Shows to Recover From Knee Surgery

Loretta Lynn has postponed her first two shows of 2012 because she is still recovering from knee surgery, her daughter Patsy Lynn Russell told The Associated Press. Lynn’s upcoming performances in Ashland, Ky., and Durham, N.C., have been moved to February and April, respectively. However, her concert on Jan. 21 in Miami, Okla., is still on the calendar. Lynn had knee replacement surgery in the fall and also suffered from pneumonia. Russell said her mother is working with a physical therapist in preparation for upcoming tour dates.
