Quick and Easy Chicken Treat

4 chicken breasts

8 ounces sour cream

1 can cream of chicken soup

40 Ritz crackers

1 stick butter

Preheat oven to 350°.

Boil and debone chicken, break into small pieces and place in the bottom of a 9x13 dish. Mix together chicken soup and sour cream. Bring to a boil and pour over chicken. Crumble crackers using a rolling pin. Place crackers over chicken. Melt butter and pour over chicken. Cook 20 to 25 minutes at 350°.
