OFFSTAGE: Carrie Underwood's "Good Girl" to Go Big at ACMs

(CMT Offstage keeps a 24/7 watch on everything that's happening with country music artists behind the scenes and out of the spotlight.)

You know that feeling when you listen to a song for the very first time and just know it's going to be huge? It's like love at first listen or something. That's how I felt when I heard Carrie Underwood's "Good Girl." And I think she must've felt the same. Because when it was announced that she'd be performing the new song on the ACM Awards on April 1, she said, "Being in Vegas is always a lot of fun, and I'm glad to finally get to perform 'Good Girl' in a big situation. It's gonna be really good. We're having something made for the performance, and it'll be pretty rockin'." No idea what she means by having "something made." But I am excited to hear her talked about a "big situation." Do you think she just means the big ACM stage at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas? Or something even bigger?
