Oven Baked Potatoes With Onions

6 medium potatoes, unpeeled
6 medium onions, peeled
1 stick butter, melted
1 clove garlic
¼ teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon paprika

Preheat oven to 400°.

Wash potatoes with kitchen brush. Dry with paper towels. Cut potatoes and onions in 4-inch slices or chunks. Arrange slices of potatoes, then onions, slightly overlapping a single layer in a
9×13 dish. Combine butter, garlic, pepper and salt and drizzle over potatoes and onions. Cover and bake for 40 minutes at 400°. Sprinkle with paprika and cook uncovered for 20 additional minutes.
