Luke Bryan, Mavericks Play Grammy Block Party

Luke Bryan and the Mavericks capped a lively outdoor celebration at the annual Grammy Block Party in Nashville on Tuesday night (March 8). Presented by the Recording Academy, the event was held at Owen Bradley Park on Music Row and open to Grammy members and their guests. Mavericks' singer Raul Malo remarked that it was "good to be back on the radio" before the Mavericks performed their first new single in eight years, "Born to Be Blue," as well as fan-favorites "There Goes My Heart" and "All You Ever Do Is Bring Me Down." Bryan filled his set with hits like "Country Girl (Shake It for Me)," "Do I" and his current single, "Drunk on You." Also performing were Wynonna -- who announced she is working on a new country album -- blues musician Keb' Mo', Christian rockers Tenth Avenue North and husband-and-wife folk duo Elenowen.
