Waldorf Salad

2 red apples

½ cup diced celery

2 tablespoons chopped pecans

½ cup raisins

1 lemon

½ cup Miracle Whip

8 ounces frozen whipped topping

Wash and slice apples thin. Finely dice celery. Chop pecans. Mix apples, celery, pecans and raisins. Squeeze juice from lemon over ingredients. Add Miracle Whip and stir well. Cover top of dish with frozen whipped topping. Serve.
