Broccoli Casserole

2 packages frozen broccoli, cooked and drained
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons minced onion
1 can mushroom soup
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup mayonnaise
1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed
½ stick butter, melted

Preheat oven to 350°.

Mix all ingredients down to Ritz crackers. Place mixed ingredients in a 9×13 casserole. Place Ritz crackers in a large plastic bag. Use a rolling pin to crush crackers. Put crackers on top of casserole. Melt butter and pour over Ritz. Bake in a 350° oven for 45 minutes.
