CMA Awards Add Four Performers

The Band Perry, Kenny Chesney, Eric Church, Carrie Underwood Join Lineup

The Band Perry, Kenny Chesney, Eric Church and Carrie Underwood have been added as performers for the CMA Awards on Nov. 1.

The Band Perry is nominated for vocal group of the year, Chesney is nominated in the entertainer category and Church earned five nominations, including a male vocalist nod. Church’s latest project, Chief, is nominated for album of the year while “Springsteen” will compete in the single, song and video categories.

Underwood, who will co-host the show with Brad Paisley, is nominated for female vocalist.

As previously announced, additional CMA Awards performers include Jason Aldean, Dierks Bentley, the Zac Brown Band, Luke Bryan, Kelly Clarkson, Miranda Lambert, Little Big Town and Paisley.

The awards show will be televised live from Nashville on ABC.
