Sweet Potato Pie

2 medium sweet potatoes
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 eggs, beaten
½ cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
½ teaspoon lemon flavoring
½ teaspoon cinnamon

Boil or bake sweet potatoes until fork tender. You will need 2 cups of sweet potatoes. Cool and peel.

Preheat oven to 400°.

Combine ingredients in a large bowl, mix well and pour into a prepared pastry shell. Bake 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350° and continue to bake 25 minutes. Cool and refrigerate.
