After-Thanksgiving Salad

Leftover Thanksgiving turkey or leftover chicken can make a tasty meal or maybe two!

2–2½ cups leftover turkey or chicken
¼ cup salad cubes
½ cup mayonnaise
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
2-3 chopped hardboiled eggs
¼ cup finely chopped celery

Mix well and serve on lettuce or on white bread as a sandwich. 

Don’t think I’m crazy, but try using Miracle Whip on the white bread to smear the turkey or chicken salad but add mayonnaise to the mixture.
