Red Carpet Coverage From Grammy Awards Begins Live Sunday at 6 p.m. ET

CMT is teaming up with MTV, VH1 and Logo for unprecedented multiscreen coverage of the 2013 Grammy Awards, including Grammy-themed episodes of VH1's Big Morning Buzz Live With Carrie Keagan, MTV's AMTV and a red carpet live stream.

The red carpet event takes place Sunday (Feb. 10) from Staples Center in Los Angeles.

Country and roots music artists attending the awards ceremony include Dierks Bentley, Zac Brown, Kelly Clarkson, Hunter Hayes, Faith Hill, Miranda Lambert, the Lumineers, Tim McGraw, Mumford & Sons, Taylor Swift, Carrie Underwood, Keith Urban and Alabama Shakes vocalist Brittany Howard. A long list of superstars from other genres will also participate, including Beyoncé, the Black Keys, Maroon 5, Rihanna, Sting, Alicia Keys, Bruno Mars, Justin Timberlake, Jennifer Lopez, Carly Rae Jepsen, Katy Perry and Prince.

MTV and VH1 Grammy Night Live will be streamed live on CMT.com, MTV.com, VH1.com, NewNowNext.com and Ustream, as well as on mobile and tablet devices via the MTV News app beginning at 6 p.m. ET.

The red carpet coverage will feature MTV News' Sway Calloway and James Montgomery, along with VH1's Big Morning Buzz Live's Carrie Keagan and VH1's Top 20 Countdown's Jim Shearer. When the awards show begins, the live stream will continue as MTV's new late night hosts, comedians Nikki Glaser and Sara Schaefer, will be joined by VH1's Best Week Ever cast members Amanda Seales and Nick Turner live from the MTV headquarters in New York City. The comedians will bring their hilarious input on the awards show during the Grammys commercial breaks and will live tweet while the Grammys are airing.
