Kellie Pickler’s Drummer Seriously Injured in Kentucky Traffic Accident

Kellie Pickler ’s drummer is listed in critical but stable condition at a Louisville, Ky., hospital following a traffic accident Saturday (March 2). Six people were killed and several others were injured in two separate accidents that occurred with 15 minutes of each other on I-65 south of Elizabethtown, Ky. Gregg Lohman, 36, of Goodlettsville, Tenn., sustained head and neck injuries in a four-vehicle collision on the southbound lanes shortly after a fiery crash on the northbound lanes involving a tractor-trailer and an SUV. Six people from rural Wisconsin were killed when the tractor-trailer rear-ended their SUV. In addition to his work in Pickler’s band, Lohman is a music instructor at Tennessee State University. Via Twitter, Pickler wrote, “Gregg is not just my drummer, he is family. I believe in miracles & the power of prayer, so it would mean the world to me, my band & Gregg’s family if you would please keep him in your prayers.”
