CMT’s new series Hillbillies for Hire will premiere July 14 at 9 p.m. ET/PT. The show depicts the adventures of Jeremiah and his best friend, Big Ox, as they use their backwoods ingenuity to concoct the most outrageous pranks imaginable. The two, well known for pulling pranks on their family and friends, also run a for-hire prank business in Polk County, Fla., making themselves available to anyone who feels the need to enact a little “redneck revenge” on someone they know. Whether it’s pranking a person who’s afraid of the water by pretending that their boat is sinking in an alligator-infested swamp or creating an actual pigsty in a friend’s apartment because he never cleans up, all of their jokes are done with the intention of having some good-hearted fun. The premiere of Hillbillies for Hire will air immediately following a new episode of Dog and Beth: On the Hunt and will move to its regular timeslot with new back-to-back episodes at 8 p.m. ET/PT beginning July 21.
