Alabama’s New Album Released

The band Alabama issued a new collaborative album titled Alabama & Friends on Tuesday (Aug. 27) on the Show Dog-Universal label. Recorded with producer Harold Shedd, the project will include the band’s first new material in more than a decade. Guests include Jason Aldean, Luke Bryan, Kenny Chesney, the Eli Young Band, Florida Georgia Line, Jamey Johnson, Toby Keith, Rascal Flatts and Trisha Yearwood. The collection also features two new songs — “All American” and “That’s How I Was Raised.” As part of Alabama’s Back to the Bowery tour, the band will perform their first-ever concerts at Nashville’s Ryman Auditorium on Nov. 3 and 4.
