Luke Bryan Begins Farm Tour Next Week

First Show Will Take Place in Statesboro, Ga.

Luke Bryan will embark on his fifth annual Farm tour on Oct. 2 in Statesboro, Ga. The tour will hit eight cities, including five in his home state of Georgia.

Bryan launched the series of Farm tour concerts as a way to give back to local farming communities. The appearances raise money for the Luke Bryan Farm Tour Scholarship. Last year, the shows attracted 100,000 fans, doubling the previous year's attendance, and provided eight scholarships to students from farming families in the communities where he performed.

Special guests during this year's Farm tour include Chancie Neal, Cole Swindell and songwriters Rhett Akins, Dallas Davidson and Ben Hayslip -- better known as the Peach Pickers.

The Farm tour dates come amid Bryan's Dirt Road Diaries tour. Those upcoming shows include Cincinnati on Thursday (Sept. 26), Cleveland on Friday and Pittsburgh on Saturday.

Bryan originally announced the Farm tour dates in July. Since that time, he's enjoyed a No. 1 album on the Billboard 200 chart with Crash My Party, as well as the hit singles "Crash My Party" and "That's My Kind of Night."
