Florida Georgia Line Showing Fans a “Good Time”

New Production Previewed in Nashville Before Launch of Headlining Tour

Florida Georgia Line didn’t show up to the party empty-handed Tuesday (Oct. 1) when they previewed their first-ever headlining tour for a few fans and loads of music industry elite at Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena.

They brought the party — and all the bells and whistles — to show us the spectacle that will be their Here’s to the Good Times tour which kicks off with sold-out shows Thursday in Brookings, S.D., and Friday in Mankato, Minn.

Florida Georgia Line — the duo of Tyler Hubbard and Brian Kelley — have spent the better part of the past year as special guests on Luke Bryan’s Dirt Road Diaries tour, but you won’t hear me calling them “opening acts.” I caught that tour earlier this year in Louisville, Ky., and never has an arena been so full of screaming and singing fans before the headlining act even took the stage.

“It’s just been a crazy ride for us,” Kelley says. “We’re very grateful for our fans.”

As you make your way out on the road to see Hubbard and Kelley on their headlining tour, prepare to sing along to hits like “Get Your Shine On,” “Round Here” and, of course, the monster smash “Cruise.” And there may or may not be a few cover songs and other surprises in store for you, too.

And see if you can stop yourself from being mesmerized by the monstrous stage production which is unlike anything Kelley and Hubbard have experienced before.

The boys have also revealed that a deluxe edition of their debut album, Here’s to the Good Times: This Is How We Roll, will hit stores Nov. 25.
