Kelly Clarkson Weds Brandon Blackstock

Kelly Clarkson married Brandon Blackstock -- stepson of Reba McEntire -- during a Sunday (Oct. 20) ceremony in East Tennessee.

Clarkson first said she was planning a big ol' Southern wedding. Then she said she was just going to elope. Ultimately, it looks like she did a little bit of both.

"I'm officially Mrs. Blackstock :) We got married yesterday at Blackberry Farms in TN, the most beautiful place ever!" Clarkson tweeted Monday morning.

The Blackberry Farm property is on a 4,200-acre estate in Walland, Tenn., a community about three hours east of Nashville in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains.

But Clarkson and Blackstock didn't exactly elope. There was a small group of friends and family there for the wedding.

The bride wore a classic long-sleeved Temperley London lace dress and a headpiece designed by Maria Elena, and she had a little help from her old pal Jim Verraros, who was one of Clarkson's fellow contestants on that very first season of American Idol and is now working in the bridal world. And she thanked them all on Twitter.

"Thnx Temperley 4 my beautiful dress! & thank you to my friend @JimVerraros & Maria Elena 4 the beautiful headpiece," she wrote.

She also posted a few gorgeous, romantic and blissfully happy wedding photos.

There's no word on where they're spending their honeymoon, but it's a safe bet they'll be at Nashville's Bridgestone Arena on Nov. 6 for the 47th annual CMA Awards.

You may recall that Blackstock manages Blake Shelton and is the son of Narvel Blackstock, who manages Clarkson.

Shelton has received five CMA nominations this year, and Clarkson is nominated for female vocalist of the year and musical event of the year for "Don't Rush," her collaboration with Vince Gill.
