Kelly Clarkson Predicts a Daughter

"I'm totally gonna have a girl. I'm manifesting it! And when I have a girl, you're gonna be like, 'That chick knew it.'" That's what newlywed and mommy-to-be Kelly Clarkson told Parade magazine in their Nov. 24 issue.

"I believe you help make your stuff happen. I'm a really powerful manifester," she said. "My friends make fun of me -- 'Don't wish for something if you don't want it to happen!'" She reportedly predicted her American Idol win. ("I'm totally gonna win this," the then 20-year-old cocktail waitress had said right after her audition.)

The singer also revealed that when her husband Brandon Blackstock is with his kids, it is the sexiest thing ever. "He's a great dad. It's such a turn-on," she said. (She is so right about that. "Honey, I'll help the kids with their social studies homework" is much hotter foreplay than candles, champagne and lingerie.)

While Clarkson's baby bump has yet to make an appearance, she claims she will be fine with gaining a little -- or a lot of -- weight during her pregnancy. And she predicts she'll be fine with hanging onto it after the baby's born and doesn't think anyone will be shocked to see that she doesn't drop the pounds the minute she gives birth. "I've never been Gisele Bundchen," she said, "so ain't nobody expectin' that!" Unless, of course, she was to manifest herself skinny.
