Peter Frampton and Nashville star Hayden Panettiere have been added as presenters at the 2013 CMT Artists of the Year special airing live Tuesday (Dec. 3) at 8 p.m. ET.

Hosted by comedian-actor Ron White, the event will honor Jason Aldean, Luke Bryan, Florida Georgia Line, Hunter Hayes and Tim McGraw for their career achievements this year.

As previously announced, other presenters and performers during the 90-minute special will include Alabama, Dierks Bentley, Lady Antebellum, Train's Pat Monahan, Cassadee Pope, Lionel Richie, Travis Tritt and Dwight Yoakam.
