YOUR FAVORITE CMT SHOWS ARE ON PARAMOUNT+

Carrie Underwood Says "Wine Always Helps"

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas party season, now that Taylor Swift and Carrie Underwood are showing off some potential holiday styles in the new issue of People StyleWatch.

Swift is decked out in a Zuhair Murad dress and Jimmy Choos, but the magazine shows how you can easily steal the look with a similar Fernando Wong dress and Bebe faux leather strappy sandals.

But Underwood shows off four different dressed-up looks:

• Her black lacy Roberto Cavalli floor-length gown from the Grammys, which she said made her feel pretty.

• A black fit and flare dress from Theia, embellished with lace, that she paired with little black gloves to look very Breakfast At Tiffany's.

• A taupe one-shoulder Philip Armstrong cocktail dress covered in all kinds of silver bling.

• Her Katharine Kidd jumpsuit with the peplum waist and mesh detail that she rocked at last year's CMT Artists of the Year event.

Underwood also reveals some of her best holiday tips. Like, "I think the holidays are the perfect time to add some shimmer, whether it's a lip gloss with extra shine or a glittery eye shadow." And how "being around friends and family" is what she loves most about this time of year.

As for how Underwood gets through the most wonderful time of the year without getting stressed out, she said she doesn't think that's possible.

"But wine always helps," she added.

Cheers to that.
