First comes love, then comes marriage, then come the tweets. That's pretty much how romance worked in 2013.

So when the country stars got married this year, Twitter kind of became the new wedding announcement.

Florida Georgia Line's Brian Kelley: "Best mornin ever #bk+bc," tweeted the newly-hitched Kelley the day after he married Brittney Marie Cole in a small ceremony at Kelley's Nashville home on Dec. 16.

Rodney Atkins and Rose Falcon: "Loved my wedding shoes!! @southerntide." That was what Falcon had to say about the adorable metallic flip flops she wore when she married Atkins on Nov. 10. Their beachy wedding took place in Captiva Island, Fla.

Ashley Monroe: "I'm MARRIED!!!!!!!!!! Woohoo." That was the celebratory tweet from Monroe after her Smoky Mountain wedding to Chicago White Sox pitcher John Danks on Oct 24. She told me the day after the big day that Miranda Lambert sang her down the aisle. "It was a Pistol Annies' song, 'I Hope You're the End of My Story,'" she said. "I sang Miranda down the aisle at her wedding with 'Makin' Plans,' so she returned that favor."

Kelly Clarkson: "I'm officially Mrs. Blackstock," Clarkson tweeted right after marrying Brandon Blackstock on Oct. 20 at a semi-surprise wedding at Tennessee's Blackberry Farm.

Gloriana's Tom Gossin: "Big day for this one. Love you, pseudo big brother," wrote Gloriana bandmate Rachel Reinert when her pal Gossin was getting ready to marry actress Jaime Moffett. The couple married in Nashville on Oct. 19.

Lee Brice: While Brice was quick to tweet about his brand new baby boy in December, he didn't tweet at all when he married Sara Reeveley on April 21 in Branson, Mo. So we just have to assume he did indeed marry her because when Ryker was born, Brice tweeted proud husband/father things like "Sara is the strongest and most amazing woman I know. He did so good and he is perfect," and "A week ago I didn't think I could be any happier. I was wrong. Our brand new baby boy Ryker Mobley Brice was born healthy. My heart is full."

Sarah Darling: Darling didn't confirm her April marriage to graphic designer James Muriel until a visit to CMT in November. "We had a private ceremony, and we're having a big wedding later," she said. The couple wed in Florida and they're planning a formal ceremony for May.
