2014 CMT Music Awards: Blake Shelton, Lady Antebellum Open Rehearsals to Fans

They'll Be Performing Live in Downtown Nashville in Advance of Wednesday's Big Party

Blake Shelton and Lady Antebellum will be performing live Tuesday night (June 3) in downtown Nashville to give fans a free sneak peek of the 2014 CMT Music Awards airing live Wednesday at 8 p.m. ET.

The doors of Nashville's Bridgestone Arena have been closed during initial rehearsals for the awards show, but Shelton and Lady A will be rehearsing in the wide open spaces outside the Bridgestone Arena located at the corner of Fifth Avenue South and Broadway.

Shelton is scheduled to take the stage at approximately 8:30 p.m. CT, with Lady Antebellum arriving around 9:30 p.m. CT.

It's part of the preparation surrounding the CMT Music Awards to be hosted by actress Kristen Bell.

Earlier Tuesday, awards show producers announced the addition of pop music sensation Jason Derulo and nine-time Grammy-winner John Legend to the list of performers.

Derulo will be teaming up with Luke Bryan and Florida Georgia Line. Legend will sing "All of Me" with Jennifer Nettles using a guitar arrangement composed by Hunter Hayes, who will perform with them.

Additionally, Alan Jackson will be honored with a performance by Kacey Musgraves and Lee Ann Womack, and a lengthy list of presenters has also been confirmed.

Broadcast from Nashville's Bridgestone Arena, the 2014 CMT Music Awards will also include performances by Brantley Gilbert, Underwood, Dierks Bentley, Eric Church and Jake Owen.
