The Bride Perry: Kimberly’s Wedding Details

Kimberly Perry looks so good in love, that’s for sure. And, I have to add, in Reem Acra. That’s what The Band Perry‘s lead vocalist wore Thursday (June 12) when she married pro baseball player J.P. Arencibia.

Her gown was off-the-shoulder and to the floor and had a cathedral train. And it featured intricate beadwork across the top of the bodice. It was downright breathtaking.

Other new details we recently learned are:

1. Perry’s father Dr. Steve Perry walked her down the aisle.

2. Her brothers and bandmates Neil and Reid Perry were her best men.

3. Arencibia’s young nieces were his groomswomen.

4. Lennon and Maisy Stella — the sibling country music duo (who play Maddie and Daphne Conrad, Rayna James’ daughters stars of the hit show Nashville) performed with Christian music star Mac Powell from the band Third Day.

After the performance, Powell tweeted, “Got to hang with some very cool people today and was inspired by a BEAUTIFUL wedding and reception! Great day with @MrsMacPowell!”

As reported earlier, Perry and Arencibia were wed in Perry’s hometown of Greeneville, Tenn., at the Christ Chapel of the First Presbyterian Church.

The Tennessean, Nashville’s daily newspaper, also reports that all the flowers from the wedding were donated to Random Acts of Flowers , a nonprofit group which takes flowers following weddings and other celebrations and brings them to hospitals and nursing homes.

Alison makes her living loving country music. She's based in Chicago, but she's always leaving her heart in Nashville.
