Miranda Lambert has announced initial details about her Certified Platinum tour set to launch in January.
The roadwork follows her 2014 Platinum tour.
She’ll perform this weekend at the Route 91 Harvest Festival in Las Vegas. Her husband Blake Shelton will join Brantley Gilbert and Randy Houser for Friday’s (Oct. 3) start of the three-day festival. Lambert performs Saturday on a bill that also includes Dierks Bentley and Dwight Yoakam. Jason Aldean headlines Sunday’s lineup with Tyler Farr, Dustin Lynch and others.
According to her website, Lambert has two remaining appearances scheduled this year — Oct. 18 at the Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre in Alpharetta, Georgia, and Dec. 30 at the Belk Bowl in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Lambert leads the field with a total of nine nominations at the upcoming CMA Awards, including entertainer of the year, female vocalist, album (Platinum) and single and song (“Automatic” ). She also landed two of the spots in the vocal event category — for “Somethin’ Bad” with Carrie Underwood and “We Were Us” with Keith Urban.
