Garth Brooks Titles Album Man Against Machine

"Heart and Soul, Dreams and Individualism ... in a World of Increasing Technology"

Garth Brooks’ new album will be titled Man Against Machine, he announced Friday (Oct. 3).

Set for release Nov. 11 by Pearl/RCA Nashville, the project features his current single, “People Loving People,” along with “Send ’Em on Down the Road.” The two tracks are already available digitally on Brooks’ official website and GhostTunes.com as part of a bundle of his previously-released eight studio albums and Double Live concert album.

The bundle will also provide access to Man Against Machine and another album set for release next year.

“Music has always been a reflection of where mankind is at the time,” Brooks said in making the announcement. “For 14 years, I have watched heart and soul, dreams and individualism, fighting for their very existence in a world of increasing technology. This album is a reminder to all those who dream, work and fight for what they believe: Do not give up your vision.”

The arrival of Man Against Machine coincides with 10 concerts Brooks will be performing in Minneapolis. The series at Target Center takes place Nov. 6-15.
