How Lady A’s Hillary Scott Works Her Curves

No "Sky-High Leather Boots" In Real Life

I will forever picture Lady Antebellum’s Hillary Scott in her favorite dress and sky-high leather boots, throwing back a double shot of Crown.

Because ever since she sang about her post-heartbreak Friday night out with friends in the band’s hit song “Bartender,” the words, the melody and the outfit are forever stuck in my head.

But then today, I just picked up a copy of People magazine’s brand new Style Watch special issue, and Scott is featured on page 92 because she knows how to put herself together for a night out in real life.

The two outfits Scott is wearing are both equally stunning.

In the first one, she’s wearing a black, long-sleeved Roberto Cavalli sheath dress that’s embellished with beading around the shoulders and neckline. With peep toe platform heels and a seriously massive turquoise ring. The magazine points out the V-neck flatters a bigger bust and the fitted shape of the dress flatters an hourglass figure.

In the second one, Scott’s in a flirty metallic python-look dress from Alice by Temperley. The fit-and-flare style is “universally flattering,” and the skinny black belt highlights her waist. Her hair is in an updo in this one, which I think adds to the youthful look of the shorter dress, too.

With the CMA Awards just fast approaching, it’s good to get all the fashion advice possible from the stars and their stylists. And I’m sure Scott will go all out with her look that night, as well, since their “Bartender” video, featuring supermodel Kate Upton, is nominated for music video of the year.
