In a preview of the upcoming season, wrestling icon Steve Austin introduces his new co-host to the cast. And, boy, boy does she hit them with the hard questions: “A little hung over today?” “Any hook-ups last night?”
Despite the cast’s confessions with all of the above, everyone is ready for the first challenge.
Redneck Island, CMT’s ultimate competition series, returns for a fourth season with a 90-minute extended premiere on Dec. 4 at 10 p.m. ET/PT. Judging from their initial encounter, it looks like Decker will definitely be squeezing the juiciest secrets out of the cast, for sure.
Here’s what she has to say about the upcoming Redneck Island 4 season and traveling to Georgia with baby Vivianne Rose:
What are your favorite things about hosting Redneck Island 4?
I would have to say my favorite thing about hosting Redneck Island 4 was the cast. They were the most genuine, fun and down-to-earth Southerners. They just reminded me of the kids I went to school with. It was a blast. They were really good people. Lots of personalities!
What’s the best advice you gave the cast members?
I think I told them to not take things too seriously. My advice to the cast was to just to go out there and have fun but make sure to focus because there was $100,000 on the line.
What should viewers be most excited for this season?
Viewers should be the most excited about how new and different season four is. It’s sexier, it’s more intense, and the competitions are crazier. There’s some eye candy for sure … and there’s a lot of drama, but it’s good drama. It’s definitely different. That’s all I keep saying. It is completely different than what you’re used to.
How was traveling with baby Vivianne Rose?
Traveling with my sweet girl … she does really great on planes! I just have to have her with me everywhere we go, so it was great that I was able to bring her with me to Georgia. I got to do my thing filming the show, then come back to her at the house we were staying at and breastfeed her, take care of her and play with her. It was great to be able to have her with me, or else I wouldn’t have been able to do it.
