Rascal Flatts are set to start a “Riot” in Las Vegas.
The award-winning country trio announced a nine-show residency at the Joint, a performance venue inside Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Las Vegas.
Calling the concert series Rascal Flatts Vegas Riot, the shows will take place Feb. 25-March 14 in the 4,000-seat theater that has previously hosted performances by Paul McCartney, Kenny Chesney, Mötley Crüe and Guns N’ Roses.
“We are thrilled to be playing such a storied venue as the Joint at Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas,” Rascal Flatts’ Jay DeMarcus said in announcing the shows. “We’re so excited to do something so different for us. You will experience Rascal Flatts in a way you’ve never seen us before — up close, intimate and personal, and we promise you one thing — it’s going to rock!”
With 11 No. 1 hits including fan-favorites “What Hurts the Most,” “Bless the Broken Road” and “Fast Cars and Freedom,” Rascal Flatts’ made their debut in 2000 with “Prayin’ for Daylight.” Their most recent studio album, Rewind, was released in May. Its title track reached the Top 5 on Billboard’s country airplay charts, and “Riot” is the band’s current single.
Rascal Flatts Vegas Riot will be presented Feb. 25, 27, 28 and March 4, 6, 7, 11, 13 and 14. Tickets go on sale Friday (Nov. 21).
