Big & Rich Go to College, Fit Right In

They Take Over Murray State University on 'CMT Hot 20 Countdown'

They don’t look like your average college freshman, but Big & Rich seemed right at home on the Murray State University campus.

“Thank you to Murray State for throwing this party tonight!” yelled John Rich when he and Big Kenny took the stage in Murray, Kentucky, at a special students-only concert thrown by CMT Hot 20 Countdown.

On this week’s episode of the show, check out all the unavoidable shenanigans that went down when Big & Rich went back to school with their new frat brothers Chase Bryant and Joe Nichols.

How much trouble could they possibly get in? Wait, was Two Foot Fred there?

Also on the show, Jason Aldean reveals his thoughts on the moment he was offered to do CMT Crossroads with one of his all-time heroes, Bob Seger.

“Damn it, I was off (that day),” the “Burnin’ It Down” singer joked. “But no way am I passing that up, so let’s do this.”

Later, host Cody Alan breaks down the numbers behind Garth Brooks’ return to music and also tries to get to the bottom of a simmering feud between Jake Owen and Kip Moore.

“We did a little jawing back and forth,” admitted Moore (with a smirk on his face).

Catch all this and more -- like finding out which video tops this week’s list -- on CMT Hot 20 Countdown Saturday and Sunday (Nov. 22-23) at 11 a.m. ET/PT.
