Carrie Underwood Co-Hosts CMT Hot 20 Countdown

She Makes the Show’s 100th Episode a Special One

Carrie Underwood co-hosts CMT Hot 20 Countdown Saturday and Sunday (Dec. 6-7) as the show marks a major milestone — its 100th episode.

She’ll bring her considerable co-hosting experience from the CMA Awards to the Countdown, even helping to put the show’s regular co-host Cody Alan at ease.

“We mess up here and there,” she says without a worry in the world.

Underwood will also spend some time opening baby gifts (her first child, a son, is due this spring), playing a “Something in the Water” game and even revealing an embarrassing musical blunder.

Plus, Brooks & Dunn have come out of retirement for a string of shows in Las Vegas with longtime friend Reba McEntire. In an exclusive interview with the trio of ‘90s legends, we’ll learn the details behind their unexpected reunion.

And later, the 2014 CMT Artists of the Year honorees quiz each other, and you’ll never guess what kind of questions are on the test.

“Vodka kills the most germs,” answered Miranda Lambert to one of them.

Jason Aldean, Luke Bryan, Florida Georgia Line and Keith Urban also get in on the fun.

See it all on CMT Hot 20 Countdown’s 100th episode this Saturday and Sunday (Dec. 6-7) at 11 a.m. ET/PT, and stick around to watch the stars name Merle Haggard No. 1 on CMT All-Time Top 40: Artists Choice.
