Voting Is Now Open for Fans to Determine the Top College Football Play

Can you believe the college football season is almost over? Only the College Football Playoff National Championship Presented by AT&T is left to be played, as No. 2 Oregon and No. 4 Ohio State meet in Arlington, Texas on Jan. 12. It’s been a wild ride and with all great rides, there are unbelievable highlights we can’t forget.

And that’s where you come in. Look back at 13 of the biggest college football plays from the 2014 season and cast your vote in CMT Plays of the Year. The top 10 plays will be revealed during CMT Ultimate Kickoff Party Live From the College Football Playoff National Championship Friday at 9/8c.

Let’s take a look at the nominees, shall we?

Oregon’s Ifo Ekpre-Olomu takes flight during his interception against Michigan State.

Arizona State’s Jaelen Strong defies the odds with a Hail Mary touchdown catch against USC.
Florida State’s Jameis Winston hurdles, jukes and dives for a touchdown against Oklahoma State.
Central Michigan would not be denied as they secured a touchdown with a multilateral Hail Mary.
No one could take down Nebraska’s Ameer Abdullah during a game-winning touchdown against McNeese State.
TCU’s Trevone Boykin channels his inner gymnast with a somersault into the end zone against Kansas State.
Oregon’s Marcus Mariota connects with Darren Carrington for a 46-yard pass you have to see to believe.
Ohio State’s Evan Spencer never loses focus as he makes a one-handed touchdown catch against Rutgers.
Kansas wide receiver Nigel King shows perfect hand-eye coordination with this 78-yard touchdown catch against TCU.
Now you see it, now you don’t. Check out Nebraska’s Jordan Westerkamp catching a ball behind his back against Florida Atlantic.
Here’s a little trickery. Ohio State’s Evan Spencer lobbed a pass up to Michael Thomas for a trick play against Alabama in the Sugar Bowl.
Florida State’s Jameis Winston slipped and fumbled the ball right to Oregon’s Tony Washington who ran it in for a 58-yard touchdown.
Talk about teamwork. Michigan State’s Marcus Rush blocked Baylor’s field goal attempt late in the Cotton Bowl, and R.J. Williamson returned the ball to the Baylor 45-yard line.
