ACM Confirms Superstar Duets Special

Two-Day Festival in Texas Will Be Filmed for CBS

Luke Bryan, Florida Georgia Line and Miranda Lambert will take part in the ACM Party for Cause Festival in Arlington, Texas, next month. Presented by the Academy of Country Music, the two-day festival at Globe Life Park – scheduled for April 17 and 18 – will be filmed for a CBS special titled ACM Presents: Superstar Duets! to air May 15.

Bryan, Florida Georgia Line and Lambert are nominated in the ACM entertainer category this year. The ACM Awards, which Bryan will co-host with Blake Shelton, will take place April 19 in Arlington, Texas, to mark the Academy’s 50th anniversary.

Other performers confirmed for the festival are Dierks Bentley, Kenny Chesney, Eli Young Band, Sam Hunt and Darius Rucker, as well as country legends Alabama, Clint Black, Patty Loveless, Ronnie Milsap and Dwight Yoakam. More artists will be announced in the coming weeks.

Ticket packages to the ACM Party for a Cause Festival including the 50th ACM Awards are available now at Ticketmaster.com. Tickets to the ACM Awards sold out last spring in a record 18 minutes but as staging changes became final for the ACM Awards, seats to the previously sold-out awards were added and are now part of the package.

Proceeds from ticket sales for the third annual ACM Party for a Cause Festival will benefit ACM Lifting Lives, the charitable arm of the Academy.
