Faith Hill and Taylor Swift Form a Sisterhood

They're Bonding Over Social Media and "This Kiss"

Faith Hill doesn’t tweet much. She currently only has 1,117 tweets to her name. So when she does do it, it kind of breaks the Internet.

That’s what happened recently, when nearly 15,000 people favorited her tweet to Taylor Swift.

First Swift had posted a video of her singing — quite enthusiastically — Hill’s 1998 hit song “This Kiss” into a Gatorade bottle. She’s doing it in the backseat of a car, along with Este, Danielle and Alana Haim, from the pop band Haim. Swift captioned the video, simply, “Sisterhood.” But on the Instagram video, she added, “Happy Birthday, Este!! Ever since you, Alana, and Danielle adopted me into your wolf pack, life has never been the same.”

Then Hill responded.

And she also added a winky face emoji, which is sort of mandatory in any good sisterhood tweet.

Also, I’d like to point out that this is the second time in the past two weeks that Swift has been caught loving up on country music. The first was with newcomer Kelsea Ballerini. It’s almost like she misses us or something.

Alison makes her living loving country music. She's based in Chicago, but she's always leaving her heart in Nashville.
