Dierks Bentley Calls ACM Ride a “Win Win”

Motorcycles + Charity = Good Times

Dierks Bentley is going to ride his bike for the win at this year’s Academy of Country Music Awards. He’s hosting the ACM Charity Motorcycle Ride & Concert on April 18 near Dallas.

It will actually start at two locations — one in Dallas and one in Grand Prairie — and will end at a Harley-Davidson dealer in Carrollton.

Then there will be a concert with Bentley, Clare Dunn, Will Hoge, Joey Hyde, James Otto, Dee Jay Silver, Montgomery Gentry, Thompson Square and more.

But that ride, though.

It sounds like, for Bentley, that’s the best part.

“This year, we have some time that day on Saturday,” Bentley said in a video about the event. “It’s fun. When you can ride motorcycles and actually help make money by riding motorcycles, that’s such a win-win situation.”

You can either ride with Bentley, or watch the concert at the end. Or both. Tickets will be on sale on Friday (March 20) at ticketing.acmcountry.com. And proceeds from the event will benefit ACM Lifting Lives, the philanthropic arm of the Academy of Country Music, local child abuse advocacy groups and military philanthropies.
