Blake Shelton Spins the Microphone

Singer Goes Through the Village People Motions

There was less kissing. And more singing. But other than that, Jimmy Fallon's take on Spin the Bottle was pretty fun.

On The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon on Monday night (Oct. 26), he played his version of the classic party game -- he called it Spin the Microphone -- along with his guests Blake Shelton, Gwen Stefani, Adam Levine and Pharrell Williams, all of the coaches from The Voice.

Shelton called it the stupidest game, but he went along with it because he’s a good sport like that.

When the mic pointed to Fallon, he had to sing the 15-year-old Britney Spears song "Oops!... I Did It Again,” but made Levine sing it instead, and he nailed it.

Then Stefani makes Shelton sing “Y.M.C.A.,” the insanely popular disco song from the Village People in the late '70s (and beyond).

Not only did Shelton do just fine on the tune, he knew the signature dance moves that go with the song, in order to spell out Y, M, C, and A during the chorus. It was more dancing than I think I've ever seen Shelton do.

In the final round, Shelton and Stefani performed a duet of sorts on Drake's "Hotline Bling."

And later on in the show, Shelton performed an actual song of his own, his latest single "Gonna."
