Kellie Pickler’s Secret to Stopping Snoring

"I Don't Know If This Is Television-Appropriate."

At this point, Kellie Pickler and Ellen DeGeneres are old friends. Pickler has appeared on The Ellen Show several times throughout her career, and every time she stops by, things get a little crazy. We’re talking the bachelorette party, secret handshake, taking shots, dressing up as Dolly Parton kind of crazy.

Pickler’s visit to the show this week was no exception. The pair started out by chatting about one of Pickler’s previous times on the show, when DeGeneres had Clint Eastwood come out to surprise her.

“That was the most incredible moment of my life. Aside from marrying my husband, of course,” Pickler told DeGeneres.

While Pickler may love Clint Eastwood, there’s no one she loves more than her husband, Kyle Jacobs.

“He is such a sanctuary. He’s just a good man, and he loves me. And he doesn’t mind that I kissed Clint Eastwood on national television,” Pickler added.

Jacobs, a songwriter and producer in Nashville, has always been more of a behind-the-scenes guy. However, he recently joined his wife in the spotlight on their new CMT series I Love Kellie Pickler. When asked how the show came about, Pickler responded that she and her husband “have great friends and great people in our lives. We laugh a lot, we love each other, and I was like, ‘Television needs this.'”

But Pickler wasn’t so sure television needed to hear about her husband’s snoring.

“I don’t know if this is television-appropriate, but I’ve literally threatened…”

Pickler began, before hesitating, “I don’t know if I should say this.” After declaring there’s no way it would make the edited version of the show, Pickler shared her secret just for the audience, admitting she has threatened to put tampons up Jacobs’ nose to stop him from snoring.

While Pickler may be the ideal hilarious guest for a talk show, she’s at her funniest on her new show. Don’t miss new episodes of I Love Kellie Pickler Thursdays at 10 p.m. ET/PT.
