Oh, baby! David Nail has lots to be thankful for this Thanksgiving Day - most notably his twins, who are set to make their debut any day now.

In a recent chat with his label, the singer confessed that the momentous occasion is dominating his holiday in the best possible way.

“Without a doubt, the thing I’m most thankful for is the fact that we’re on the verge of, my wife and I, having not only our first child, but our first two children,” he says.

“We are expecting twins - should be here any minute now. So, that is definitely the thing that I’m most thankful for, without a doubt.”

He usually goes home to Missouri for Turkey Day, but since the grand arrival of the twins is just around the corner, Nail and his wife Catherine will stay in Tennessee this week. It’s bittersweet for the singer who typically spends the holiday with his grandfather and family.

“Last Thanksgiving was the first without my grandmother, and so it was a very emotional time,” he reveals. “But I know he understands the situation, and we will definitely be there with bells on next year.”

Oh you bet Nail and his wife will be there next year - with bells, whistles, diapers, and two adorable little “turkeys” that will be the stars of the show.
