With four performers named Chris, there was just one named Dierks headlining Saturday’s (April 2) ACM Party for a Cause in Las Vegas.
In addition to Dierks Bentley, Chris Stapleton, Chris Young, Chris Janson and Chris Lane, the second night of the Academy of Country Music’s fourth annual festival also featured Lee Brice, Dustin Lynch, Frankie Ballard, A Thousand Horses, Chase Bryant and Jackson Michelson.
One of several events leading up to Sunday night’s ACM Awards show at the MGM Grand Garden Arena, the first night of the ACM Party for a Cause featured Carrie Underwood, Cam, Kelsea Ballerini, Martina McBride, Kellie Pickler, Maddie & Tae, Lauren Alaina, Kelleigh Bannen, Brandy Clark and Jana Kramer.
Sunday’s festival coincides with the ACM Awards co-hosted by Bentley and Luke Bryan and airing at 8 p.m. ET/PT on CBS. Sunday’s festival features Kenny Chesney, Brett Eldredge, Sam Hunt, Kip Moore, Chase Rice, Old Dominion, Lindsay Ell, Maren Morris and Granger Smith.
As evidenced by the photos from Saturday’s Party for a Cause, the artists are getting up-close and personal with the fans, including Lynch’s cruise across a throng of admirers.
