Kenny Rogers’s Former Estate Going For Auction

Property Boasts Mansion, Swimming Pools and 18-Hole Golf Course

The luxurious Beaver Dam Farms, an estate designed by Kenny Rogers, is heading for auction. On July 9, the estate will be sold to the highest bidder at or above $3.5 million fully furnished.

The property sits on more than 973 acres of land and includes a 13,000-square-foot mansion, five guest houses, two clubhouses, a roofed equestrian arena, swimming pools, clay tennis courts and an 18-hole golf course.

“I was raised in the projects in Houston, Texas, and I always had this dream of doing something spectacular,” Rogers says in a release. “I remember when I was young, I would walk through the wealthy part of town on my way to school and saw the automated sprinklers and thought, ‘One day I’m going to have those.’ So, when I built the golf course, I would go out and sit on the golf cart and watch the sprinklers. To me, it was a sign that I had achieved my dreams.”

Rogers last owned the property in 2003. Since then, it’s only had one owner.
