William Michael Morgan Releases Vinyl This Fall

William Michael Morgan will release his debut album Vinyl on Sept. 30. The 11-song collection will include his Top 20 hit, “I Met a Girl.”

“I can’t wait to share this with you,” he said. “Me and my producers Jimmy Ritchey and Scott Hendricks, we’ve been working so hard just to get these songs ready to put out into the public and for you guys to hopefully enjoy, listen to and love, and maybe drink a cold beer or two.”

A native of Vicksburg, Mississippi, Morgan shares the same hometown as the late music legend Willie Dixon who wrote blues classics “Spoonful,” “Hoochie Coochie Man” and “You Can’t Judge a Book by the Cover.” Morgan made his Grand Ole Opry debut in October, 2015.

On tour through the fall, his next show is Friday (Aug. 5) in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota. His five-song self-titled EP is available now.
