It’s a little hard to see, but it’s pretty safe to say that’s a smile on Shay Mooney’s face in social media posts announcing his engagement to his longtime girlfriend Hannah Billingsley, a former Miss Arkansas USA.
Mooney popped the question Tuesday (Aug. 9) and premiered Billingsley’s sparkling engagement ring online Friday (Aug. 12).
Both are natives of the Natural State. She is from Franklin, and he is from Natural Dam.
