Miranda Lambert and Love + War Take Texas

It's Pinktoberfest in Lindale

You know what sounds good after a day of shopping?

Palo Duro Popcorn — deep fried pickled jalapeños — and then a Trailboss T-Bone and a smooth glass of Woodford Reserve bourbon.

And now that Miranda Lambert’s new Pink Pistol location is opening right by the new Love + War barbeque and music joint, the Cannery in Lindale, Texas is about to become a one-stop shopping/eating/drinking/two-stepping kind of place.

This flagship, hometown Pink Pistol is set to be Lambert’s biggest one yet, with more Miranda-ized merchandise and plenty of other Texas must-haves. The store will also have the legendary old fashioned soda fountain, three photo booths and a big screen slideshow.

Grand opening Pinktoberfest festivities will start on October 22nd at 10:00 am, and fans are encouraged to come dressed in pink.

Performances, wine tastings, dog adoptions, a habanero-pepper eating contest and a chili cook off will be happening throughout the day, and country singer/songwriter Charlie Robison will be performing in the evening.
