Miranda Lambert's Chicago Rehearsal

"Y'all Helped Me Shake My Jitters"

Well, now I really feel like I was there.

I couldn't make it to Miranda Lambert's special Chicago show at Joe's Bar on Tuesday (Jan. 24) -- her rehearsal before her huge tour kicks off tonight (Jan. 26) in Indiana -- but I feel a little better about it now that she's posted how she felt about it.

"Practice makes perfect," she shared on social media late on Wednesday night (Jan. 25). "I'm laying in bed after our final rehearsal day for the Highway Vagabond Tour. Last night at @joesonweedst was so special for us. We have been playing at Joe's for over a decade. I was nervous to be back on stage after a break from the road."

"But Chicago y'all helped me shake my jitters," she added. "Thanks for always being there for us over the years. And thanks for giving that same big love to my friend Natalie Hemby @wruckestrike. She was kind enough to come open the show last night. I think the world of her. She is one of a kind! Tomorrow Evansville, IN kicks off this tour! Can't wait yall! #highwayvagabondtour #livinlikehippies #tuuuuuurrrrtime."

In addition to Hemby joining Lambert on stage, her boyfriend Anderson East was there to do the same.

Here's a sampling of the setlist from the 90-minute show:

"White Liar"

"Highway Vagabond"

"Heart Like Mine"

"Vice"

"The House That Built Me"

"All Kinds of Kinds"

"Ugly Lights"

"We Should Be Friends"

"Little Red Wagon"

"Kerosene"

"Tin Man"

Lambert encored with the gospel song, “Woke Up This Morning (With My Mind Stayed on Freedom)," sharing vocals with East and her father Rick Lambert.
