Brooke Eden: CMT Next Women of Country Live Exclusive

Florida Native Delivers Feisty Performance of “Daddy’s Money"

It’s easy to love Brooke Eden. Yes, she’s talented and beautiful, but she’s also just as real and down-to-earth as it gets.

Take one listen to her swampy single “Daddy’s Money,” and you’ll hear the story of her humble beginnings growing up in Loxahatchee, Florida, with a father that taught her the value of hard work.

Eden’s dad was a carpenter, but he also had his own country band. From an early age, she knew she wanted to be on that stage. And she didn’t waste too much time dreaming before she started doing.

Years of performing in clubs and bars and working on her songwriting finally paid off. She got a record deal with Red Bow Recordsin Nashville, and she did it all on her own.

Eden’s rock-tinged, raspy voice shines during this acoustic performance of “Daddy’s Money” for CMT Next Women of Country Live. She sings with soul, straight from the heart, as she brings her story to the national stage.

After opening shows for Tim McGraw, Florida Georgia Line, Alan Jackson and Sugarland, she’s headlining her own tour starting this March. The Welcome to the Weekend Tour will give Eden the chance to spread her wings and fly.
